At TLC Cleaning, we believe in rewarding hard work and efficiency. Instead of traditional hourly pay, we use a Pay-for-Performance system:

• Earnings are based on the jobs you complete
• Most cleaners average $20 – $24/hr
• Tips and bonuses add even more to your paycheck

• Provide detailed, high-quality cleaning in homes and businesses
• WOW clients with reliable, professional service
• Work independently or with a partner or team
• Follow TLC’s proven checklists and systems
• Be a dependable, trustworthy teammate

What We’re Looking For ✨

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to learn and adapt quickly, and the ability to provide excellent customer service through good listening and applying feedback.
• Initiative and an eagerness to help. If you’re always looking for ways to help your team succeed, this is the position for you!
• Personal cell phone for work communication
• Able to lift 25 lbs and stay active during shifts
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• No experience required — we provide full paid training
