How Our Pay Works 

At TLC Cleaning, we believe in rewarding hard work and efficiency. Instead of traditional hourly pay, we use a Pay-for-Performance system:
• Earnings are based on the jobs you complete
• Most cleaners average $18–$22/hr
• Tips & bonuses add even more to your paycheck

We are seeking a motivated and patient Trainer and Field Supervisor to join our award-winning team. This role is responsible for training new cleaning technicians and supervising our field staff to ensure quality, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to teach and support a variety of personalities and learning styles.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Train and onboard new cleaning technicians, ensuring they understand company standards, safety practices, and cleaning procedures
• Provide hands-on instruction and coaching in the field
• Supervise Fargo field staff, monitoring performance, quality, and professionalism
• Conduct quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards
• Provide feedback, guidance, and support to technicians to foster growth and improvement
• Maintain open communication with management regarding staff performance, training needs, and client concerns
• Serve as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Requirements & Qualifications
• Previous experience in cleaning, training, or supervisory role preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Patience and ability to teach individuals with different personalities and learning styles
• Coachable, with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be reliable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering excellent service
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits
• $23–$26/hr, based on experience + bonus opportunities
